Liked: Upon arrival the receptionist was very helpful and informative in answering all of my questions regarding my stay there.
Disliked: A main light was not working in the room and the water pressure was slightly low

Liked: location and quality of room and staff.
Disliked: The shower tray is far to slippery, it needs nonslip tape applied to the raised pattern of the tray . I noted the hand holds but if someone is less agile I believe it is not good enough. I am a retired insurance broker and see the liability .

l it was fine but our sink plug did not work and we could not use the sink without it overflowing. the room was very stuffy and even tho we had paid extra to use the wifi it didn’t work well at all...
