Liked: Upon arrival the receptionist was very helpful and informative in answering all of my questions regarding my stay there.
Disliked: A main light was not working in the room and the water pressure was slightly low

Liked: location and quality of room and staff.
Disliked: The shower tray is far to slippery, it needs nonslip tape applied to the raised pattern of the tray . I noted the hand holds but if someone is less agile I believe it is not good enough. I am a retired insurance broker and see the liability .
