Liked: Helpful staff
Disliked: The Reception and dining area was completely stripped and is like a building site

Liked: Convenient, efficient staff, extra tea & coffee easy to obtain.
Disliked: No 13A socket near the bed - I use a CPAP machine and had to sleep on the foldaway bed to be near enough to the TV socket. Question 3 below does not allow for answer "Senior couple".

Liked: Nice hot shower!

Liked: Rooms are basic and clean for a night away
Disliked: The 24 Hour gym underneath meant that you could hear music, people on treadmills and weights being dropped on the equipment and floor. This happened throughout the night of our stay too so we got only a couple of hours intermittent sleep

Liked: Bathrooms dont have exhaust fans. Staff are a fairly rude. Breakfast gave ppl several trips to the bathroom. Only one key card per room and there are locked corridor doors so not easy when sharing, you cant get back to your room to knock on the door
Disliked: Closed restaurant an hour before their posted signed say so dont rely on that either.
