Liked: Easy to get to easy parking with added shops
Disliked: The door keys didnt always work .. I got locked out a few times key was re set by the staff but hours later was locked out agin .. had to spend the night in the car till family members arrived

Liked: The situation it was in,ideal being central,very quiet.
Disliked: Cause i suffer with health problems,extra blanket would have been handy.

l Had to wait for staff at reception on arrival. Always the case here but this member of staff was arrogant, no apology, seemed to think she was right on everything
