Liked: Short walk (not a nice one) to the six bells pub which was a real treat. Quality food and a nice trail into the country from there.
Disliked: Air Conditioning unit didn't work. Quite a lot of noise from a boozy group outside my window.

Liked: Very good value for money and my room was very clean and comfortable. Very good location for flights as the shuttle bus is every 15 mins.
Disliked: Only one small complaint and that was when I was in reception at 7.00am early morning waiting for the shuttle bus I did think the back ground music for that time of the morning quite loud.

Liked: Hospitality, open communication
Disliked: No complaints at all!

Liked: Hotel employee was very helpful and allowed me to pick an available room which I did from her suggestion. The room was great comfortable bed, great shower and TV also. Enjoyed my stay!!

Liked: Excellent location for the airport Good menu
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned when we arrived, bed unmade/not changed, dirty mugs, towels all over the bathroom. This was at 3am! Changed rooms, TV did not work

Liked: Near to Gatwick airport with frequent shuttle service for 8 return
