Disappointing

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: The room was not as published in terms of size. We have booked for triple room but the room was too small for us to open our large size checked in luggages. We felt cheated. We had to remove the chairs from our room to fit our bags.

The staff, the parking, and...

Liked: We loved the storage set up for a family room and that there were 2 separate beds for the kids. We loved the lights on the headboard of the beds and that everyone had a shelf with charging facilities. The staff was also very nice and super helpful and we loved that we were able to park for free.
Disliked: It could be better cleaned and the facility itself was old. The bathrooms were not nice and the carpet was just gross. We did not feel comfortable walking barefoot on them.

Liked: Clean and comfortable, ideal for our one-night stopover in Galway. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Disliked: No fridge in room. Our room was on the ground floor and faced the parking lot near the entrance. It was noisy all night with people going in and out of the hotel and hanging outside smoking.
