Liked: Good position. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Your advertisement stated there was a restaurant at the hotel. On arrival, we were told there was no restaurant. We had to go to the filling station nearby to buy some crisps and a drink to keep us going until we left without breakfast the next day.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Requesting a refund. The corridor to our room was dirty and smelt. The paintwork and doors were scratched and damaged. The carpet was strained. Our room was horrendous. The bathroom floor was dirty with soap scum on the floor.

l Shower is over a bath (not wet room) with big step up and down plus beds are fixed so close to bathroom wall you can't access in a wheelchair!

l A clean and comfortable hotel, conveniently situated on the M5 Moto service station. Also easy links into Exeter by taxi. I would recommend Apple Taxis, who were friendly and very efficient.

l Parking on site, rooms clean, well presented, good facilities, the family room was just what we needed for the evening, staff welcoming.
