Disliked: The parking was difficult to find, not well marked. It was also very dirty and smelled. Did not feel safe.

Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly, the location is perfect for city centre.They were prompt to assist with a problem in the room we were allocated initially. Luggage was taken to our 2nd room whilst we were out.
Disliked: The room had a blocked sink and bath! We were able to change to another room but it was not easy for receptionist know immediately what was free and available so we had to leave our luggage with reception as we were going to theatre.

Liked: STAFF WERE CHARMING. THE WHOLE THING WAS EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY AND FREE PARKING!

Disliked: Steps up from the car park to the hotel. No prior notice and one guest is recovering from knee surgery and had to be taken and picked up by car.

Liked: Excellent location. Good value
