Liked: Top floor room with great view of Baddow No intrusive staff, I had peace and quiet which enabled me to prepare for and have an Important online job interview. Room size was perfect, shower great.
Disliked: Unfortunately parking g is not included, so an extra 7 per day to park. Toilet flush was hard work. Apart from these 2 things it was perfect and I would stay again.

Liked: Location. Great access to the river and walks for our pet dog. Nice food and helpful staff.
Disliked: Room was very hot. The small fan and partially opening windows were not adequate to keep the room cool in the summer heat. The hotel needs to invest in air conditioning for all the rooms.
