Liked: The food was excellent value (the only shortcoming was no fish on the menu). The staff were friendly and helpful - couldn't ask for much more (Maybe a lavatory brush!)

Disliked: Room fan was dusty from lack of use. I asked for cleaning after the dust got scattered even after I tried wiping down the fan. Dust all over the floor and my bag and clothes. I asked staff 2 times to hoover/vacuum and they said they would but didn't.

Liked: Position
Disliked: The keys we were given did not work. Unhappy to use lifts during the covid crisis I tracked down 3 flights of stairs to reception . The keys were changed and still didnt work .and staff had to let us into the corridor and room. Same happened next day.

l Limited free wifi service for only 30-minute daily BUT did not work. Unconditional free wifi service should be offered to ALL customers.

l The staff work as a team and they are very nice and respectful. The hotel room is excellent. The bathroom is well cleaned.
