Stop hiding your billing policies!!

Liked: The location was close to restaurants, freeway and shopping.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that I was charged for my entire stay when I arrived and then they continued to charge me a daily rate on a daily basis for each day after I arrived. Furthermore, the lady at the front desk could not explain why this was being done or when I would be getting the additional money back. She said the manager was not onsite and did not have a way off getting in touch with her. My son and I make 2-3 trips a year to Yuma to go fishing. I thought I found the perfect place to stay but for the reasons I listed, I will no longer consider staying at this property.

Disliked: They was sneaking peaking in my trash

I would stay again if...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: No ice and when we ask the front desk they said we would have to go over to another building to get it but would only give us a liner bag which was very hard to carry ice in.....they could have a least give us a bucket. The gal at the front desk must have had a very bad day......of course working with the public can do that......because she was grouchy.
