Pleasantly Pleased!

Liked: Upon arrival, I was greeted by the desk clerk who was very friendly. Just walking in you could smell the cleanliness and our room was spotless. I make regular trips back and forth from WV and TN, and this was the perfect half way point for me and my handicapped mom. I will definitely stay again!
Disliked: They need luggage carts to take belongings to the rooms.

Served the purpose.

Liked: Convenient. Easy off and on with food in walking distance.
Disliked: Most places have carpeting and this is no exception. I do have dogs though and appreciate it when I have the laminate flooring rather than carpeted flooring. The first thing my dogs did was go crazy smelling everything that was left behind by apparently other dogs. My dogs are pretty well trained, and I didn’t have accidents, but I’m sure others have by the way they reacted.

Disliked: breakfast was nice, room was ok, first room we were given TV remote did not work and room phone did not work. They switched us to another room, thought someone would help, they did not help us. We are seniors and is was very tiring for us to switch rooms. Second room was ok, no kleenex in the box in bathroom.
