Will Never stay there and...

Liked: Nothing to like about the location!!! The room accessories were filthy!!!. The blankets were filthy and the shower towels looked like cleaning towels.There were white towels with dirty spots on them. The bathroom wall had blood spot and when I called to ask for someone to clean the receptionist said they had no one available and I had to wait for the cleaning lady to become available, after 40 min of waiting I called Booking to make a formal complaint.
Disliked: How dirty and spot the towels and sheets were, and the fact that the receptionist was not at all friendly or helpful.

Passable

Liked: The spaciousness of the room was nice and the set up was nice.
Disliked: The bathroom was too small were you had to step in the shower to open the door, and NO Elevators available! The best rooms are upstairs and I just had surgery on my foot and had to carry my baby up the stairs and was very inconvenient along with my luggage. And this place had alot of flys, idk if they were coming from the vent I was grossed out I killed like 10 of them, anyhow the room was nice but some things were dusty and the bed was so high It was hard to wet on it, and I had the deluxe king room. Besides that my say was ok.

Superb

Liked: Everything was clean and bug free. Lights were nice and TV was easy to watch.
Disliked: The AC unit on my room was noisy from the fan motor but it still was cold in the room. Just loud.

Disliked: There are many minor touch ups the facility can do. They do not offer any type of breakfast.

Won't do it again

Disliked: The receptionist was pretty rude after we were sitting in the lobby waiting for the 3pm availability. We were in the lobby when me and my 2 little children were informed that we couldn't sit in the lobby and wait, we pretty much were told that we have to wait outside or elsewhere until availability in which the room was already paid for in full. Upon letting them know calmly that I was kind of displeased with the decision to say that upon the arrival of some gentleman she quickly changed her mind to give me the keys to the room an hour later but an hour before check in time. The room was still under maintenance as the bathroom shower glass was still dirty. The towels were not new or cleaned really well as they had stains. No new towels hand or dry towels were offered on either day of the 4 day stay had to ask a couple of times. The ice machine is outdoors and looks very unsanitary. The location from everything and I mean everything was 40 minutes plus not too bad on food selections around the area but thats the only thing.

Liked: The spacious room
Disliked: Wasn’t able to get into my room until after 4pm, because it wasn’t ready. The room was dirty, towels full of hair, mold and scum in the shower. Was excited for the jacuzzi, very dirty. Was a whole 25 minute issue to exchange towels. Housekeeping is only allowed so many towels so o had to go to the front desk but then had to wait for the manager. Which is always the excuse, we have to wait for the manager! The room was just dirty, I’ve had much cleaner rooms in cheaper hotels. Then I requested a late checkout (1 hour) and was denied even though I couldn’t check into my room til after check in time. The hospitality was less than mediocre and considering the rooms, pics, advertising, you would think they would want to do better
