Liked: Big room.
Disliked: Advertised with breakfast, but NO breakfast. High crime area. Very noisy, I could hear guests using the F bomb, shouting making threats in the hallway towards another guest. Felt unsafe to leave your room at night. The overflow parking area had what appeared to be abandoned vehicles. While parking my rental car, a man approached my car, and berated me in the careful manner I was looking for a parking space in the main parking lot. The bedspread had multiple cigarette burns.

Wouldn't stay again...

Liked: The location in Whittier was central.
Disliked: Room was ultra basic, bedding was minimal and not thoroughly cleaned. The bed was awful, squeaky, on a tin/metal frame and very old, dirty pillows. We asked for another pillow and an extra blanket as it was cold - were told they had no more pillows and gave us 2 extra sheets. Ended up with a very sore neck due to the lumpy, tiny pillow and sloping bed. Room was not clean, there was hair in our bathroom on the floor and in the shower. There was 2 shampoos mounted on the wall, not conditioner and not body wash. One was basically watered down as much as possible. A smoke alarm was hanging down from the ceiling in plastic wrapping and the lights in the room were obviously not wired correctly as they didn't correspond with any switches. I felt like we were the only paying guests, if you catch my drift, so did not feel safe or comfortable during my stay unless I was in the room with my door latched. Parking was super minimal and not secure so dont rely on getting a spot if you arrive in the evenings.I will say I didn't bother approaching the front desk about some of these issues as they were not helpful at all during checkin or when we asked for extra bedding so I expected nothing to happen and we were in town for a family funeral so I didn't have the energy to argue over it.

Disliked: Water pressure is as so poor that I couldn’t even wash my hands in the sink. I called front desk because at one point the water was completely shut off.

Disliked: Dirty towels dirty place

Got in late from family...

Liked: Easy to navigate. Plenty of parking. Refurbished rooms.
Disliked: Plumbing was old. Thankful for Plunger in bathroom since toilet clogged every time. Floors were sticky.

Put hands to work

Liked: Staff helpful, clean rooms
Disliked: To much trash on parking, customers parking on wrong places near sodas and ice machine. The pillows on rooms really ugly, small and olds. Some lights on rooms doesn't work.

Liked: Nothing was terrible
