Disliked: The very loud partying 2 doors from our room in the breakfast room until well after 1 am

Liked: Everything was good. Recommend for those traveling with pets.
Disliked: Strong smoking smell in the room.

A real mistake in trusting...

Disliked: it was rough and broken down. things didnt work. shower didnt work and the tub drain was plugged. many holes and broken and separated drywall. musty and dusty. our ladies felt unsafe street people were allowed to stay there and alot of there junk was outside in the parking area

Garbage stay. Won't be back....

Liked: Nothing about this property was good. Customer service was garbage. We were given a room without a secure door. The room was supposed to be smoke free. And smelled of smoke. Walls had a milliom holes in it. Toilet actually had a cigarette burn on it.
Disliked: The room was filthy. Front desk people are rude and don't accommodate.I has asked to see if I could extend my check out just an extra hour. Was told no. Because they have 40 guests coming in.... Ok that's half of your rooms. Not even fully booked. And the cleaning ladies were at the other end of the hall. And probably would've taken 2 hours before reaching my door. Which also you need to put your room key in backwards?. After walking basically to the end of the hall. And trying the key multiple times. For the lady at the front to say "oh. Yea. You put it in the opposite way." ok... You couldn't say that from when you gave the key? An sit has an arrow on the key. Which is the opposite of the he direction that the key goes in the door? S
