Short - we checked in...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It was filthy inside and out and completely unsafe. It’s clear that there are many people living in this property full time. That in itself is not a problem if the rooms were clean and safe, but in our short time there, once person brought out a dog and allowed it to urinate directly outside the door we needed to enter through. This door was consistently propped open with a rubber mat. If we moved to mat to lock the door, the next time we came back to it, it was propped open again. Zero security whatsoever.The place was relatively quiet until it got dark, then the screaming and fighting adults and the screaming of children who sounded time they were being beaten began. We decided that this location was not safe, so we gathered our things and left by 10 pm to find a clean and safe place to stay. DO NOT book this location. I’ll be reporting this to Wyndam as well since this is in no way an example of the lodging standard I’d expect from a Wyndam chain property. You can bet that I’m seeking a refund for this booking.

Liked: staff was nice. but that was about it.
Disliked: there was left overs in the fridge in my unit from the people before us. there was mold and dust in the bathroom and in the AC. There was a door at the bottom of the stairs with no LOCK ON IT? anyone could just come in or out

Nice place IN a nice...

Liked: The gentleman at the check-in desk was super friendly. My key card worked for the duration of my stay; I never had to have it reactivated.
Disliked: I had requested a first floor room due to knee and back injuries, but was given a second floor room, anyway. This facility does not have an elevator, so that made lugging the baggage up and down the stairs painful.

Disliked: I was told I could cancel free and they didnt it wasn't even the right location I want my money back still waiting

Liked: The room was spacious and had a decent bed.
Disliked: I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub but when I arrived they said that Booking.com mixed up the rooms and that I didn’t book a room with a jacuzzi. Instead of them fixing the problem and giving me the room that they claimed they had they stuck me in a standard room. I really think they are lying about having jacuzzi tub rooms and trick people into booking with them then blaming booking.com extremely shady. The key card didn’t work, they gave me a key for the lock. But the lock looked like someone had tried to break in. The bathroom was tiny the door had centimeters from the toilet when opening or closing the door. It smelled horrible, offensively loud music blasting, everything was dirty. The outside doors going in all of them were broken like people had broken in many times and the building just decided to stop trying to fix it. I’ve stayed in a lot of places but this was the first place where I didn’t feel safe at all. I almost just left and slept on the ground at my sisters small apartment. Worst hotel experience ever. I will never stay here again, thank goodness it was only one night, I stayed the other 5 days at a different hotel that I loved. NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!!!!
