Disliked: The listing is fraud. It was a lake view room. Ehen I went rhere, that eas a scam, they said they don’t have any lake view.

We didn’t stay …so I...

Disliked: Felt very unsafe…2 gentleman were sitting by the front door drinking from a bottle of liquor ..one of the men got up went behind our car stood there for a few minutes walked down a few feet..turned around then walked in front of our car stood there for a few minutes drinking from his bottle (looked like tequila) trash bins were overflowing like they weren’t emptied for weeks…the outside security doors were propped open …I went inside to cancel our reservation..employee who was working the front desk didn’t seem to care..we ended up going to a different hotel..called booking.com and was still was charged for this poor excuse they called a hotel…we won’t be using booking.com again ..we also paid for the extra insurance which obviously didn’t help either
