Liked: There was an available room in a city with few rooms available. The staff was friendly and seemed ready to help.
Disliked: The room was a smoking room which I was not aware was a thing anymore. There was used underwear hanging in the entrance of the room. No screen in the window to keep bugs out. The phone did not work to call the front desk the whole property needs a drastic facelift. It costs 10 dollars a night for parking.

Great location for airport but...

A comfortable bed after a...

Liked: Fun honesty, I just needed a place to sleep. We arrived after midnight and just wanted to go to bed.
Disliked: I could tell that the hotel was a little dated but it served its purpose.

Liked: Check in, Location, Staff.
Disliked: Breakfast, Too much Sugar no hot beverages had to eat in room

Liked: Close to the airport
Disliked: Outdated,, room airconditioning not working and they can't transfer you coz there is no available room.Some of the desk staff are ok except for one girl whose kinda rude ,not polite.

It’s an old hotel that...

Liked: Location. Nothing else.
Disliked: I did not mind that the property was old. What I did mind was that it was not clean. Our beds looked like they had been slept on. Flat iron was not working, we were told it will be replaced but it took another day and another request for us to get a working flat iron.

Poor, not worth the money

Liked: Staff were polite and hotel close to airport after long flight
Disliked: Was in very aged condition, needs a refurbishment. Pool was stone cold. Room looked like being taken back to 1900s and the room just after the door smelt of urine.

Exceptional

Liked: The property is an old one but we found it clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious (particularly the bathroom) with an amazing view of the beautiful mountain ranges. The check in staff were efficient and friendly with helpful advice on transport options.Pool was small but pleasant and being inside, good for all year round. We didn't use it but parking was only $10 per day which seems quite reasonable. Location is close to the airport (about 10 minutes away).
Disliked: N/A. Don't expect 5 star though.
