Disliked: Hotel is advertised with airport shuttle, (which I've used in the past) but they discontinued the service. While waiting in line we were not the only ones to be deceived about this.

Exceptional

quick, short, late arrival early...

Liked: Quick overnight stay before an early morning flight. Check in staff were excellent. Room was clean& comfortable. Recently updated bathroom.
Disliked: Located quite a hike from the closest SkyTrain station. Figure out the bus, or taxi if you have baggage or difficulty walking.Place needs afix up especially externally.

A bit of a supprise.

Disliked: Over charged $131.00 on my credit card for a double bed room.$393.23 almost $400.00 for one night.! I t was supposed to be like $262.00 which included all taxes. Also I bath towel and no wash clothes in our room.

Decent place if youre not...

Liked: Location is good, checking in was quick and the reception agent fixed the booking with no issues. I accidentally booked for a smoking room but he was able to change it to a non smoking one
Disliked: The bathroom in our room smelled of old urine and we only had 2 pillows in our room.
