Disliked: Unfriendly staff. I had to clean my own room. They told me to arrange maid service one day in advance. I did, maid never showed up.In seven days I was able only once, after cleaning the room myself, to pass the towels and garbage to a maid that I saw in the hallway. During my stay maid never entered my room.It was so bad I checked out earlier than planned, on the 14th instead of 15th.When I checked in they charged my credit card extra $300.00 for damage deopsit. ?!?!I was there with my 19 year old daughter. What kind of damage can we do to the hotel room thats worth $300.00?!?!This is service industry?!??According to your e-mail they could charge max $250.00.I am a retired airline employee, travelled all over the world. This hotel is the worst place I ever stayed at.
