Liked: The hotel room was very nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Unfortunately the bed was horrible and we got very poor sleep. The bed mattress was worn and dipped in the center making it very difficult for two people to sleep comfortably and causing us to roll to the center into each other. The Staff was very helpful and apologetic and rotated the mattress for us to see if it would help, but it did not. The toilet flushed very slowly and sometimes not at all, it took several flushes for everything to go down. Also I was very disappointed the hot tub jets did not work, I always only book a hotel with a hot tub and was not happy it wasn't working properly. The pool was very nice and clean and enjoyed swimming. The hot tub did have hot water which was nice but the jets are necessary. I know none of this was the fault of any staff member, they were excellent. The Manager and owners need to resolve the other problems.

Disliked: The carpeting was so gross that it made your feet black. There’s also a humidity and mold issue in the room.

Liked: Overall helpful and it was fine place to stay. It was cheaper than anything else I could find. Didn't get to check the pool or anything, but it was nice to have one. Having a small fridge was helpful for my leftovers.
Disliked: I found a dirty towel hanging from my shower. Which I can see missing. My problem was that I told someone about and no one came to take it away or say oops my bad. They just wrote something down.I knew there was no breakfast...it would have been nice. I am glad they had a apple and granola bar available.

Disliked: Coffee cups in the room were bad. Took my coffee from the maker and the bottom came out, spilling the whole cup of hot coffee on my leg.

Liked: The room was very clean. The bed was very, very comfortable . The pillows were great. Staff was super nice. It was very easy to find.
Disliked: Wish my room wasn’t on the 2nd floor. There isn’t an elevator. And the stairs were the farthest from the room
