Pleasant

Liked: We enjoyed how spacious the room was and that it had a little kitchen and a nice view of the beach.
Disliked: The bathroom was small, the room didn't get cleaned by housekeeping each morning like it should have been, Had to ask for fresh towels. The kitchen cabinets were damaged and the bathroom had mold

Liked: Location was ocean front
Disliked: The bathroom wasnt very clean The AC on the inside leaked there were only one elevator and it took forever to get to youThe elevator was quite small

Disliked: Where do I begin, the room was not the cleanest. Some of the staff were rude. They required a $50 incidental fee which I understand, but when it was time to refund it back to my card it was “declining” the transaction. When I gave them my card number again they charged me another $50! So I’m out of $100 because it was declining the refund but didn’t decline the charge? Make it make sense?!

Liked: Convenient to everything
Disliked: Nasty run down, not up to date with anything in the rooms, shit falling apart, light fixture in the bathroom just fell out the ceiling on my daughter's head, the handle in the tub came off in my hand when turning on the water, stinks, only 1 elevator in the hotel, staff don't have extra pillows and stuff, trashy

Disliked: Parking lot is terrible. Sinks leak and don't drain. Bathroom was tiny, couldn't move in it. Asked for more towels twice and never got any

Overall great experience

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area was nice. The suite, in general, was spacious, and our ocean front view was spectacular. The water pressure was almost too good. The coffee in the lobby was GREAT.
Disliked: The toilet and bathtub were in extremely tight quarters. There were a few minor maintenance issues,(the balcony railing and cabinets under sink) that may need addressed. One small elevator made for extended wait times, but no real issue.
