Disliked: Outdated, beds are extremely hard, bathroom tiny for a suite, one elevator for entire property. One parking pass per suite.

Disliked: the whole room was filthy bathroom to small and full of mold no dining table or chairs one couch for 5 people, the floor was not cleaned. we had to take our own garbage out . go to front desk for towels. staff was rude. we had to throw are socks away from the floor.i asked the front desk on our first night for chairs, he said thats all you get,and if you dont like it checkout. the desk chair was broken and outside chair broken. place wasw a pig pen with bugs and spiders everywhere. the place should be condemed.I deserve a refund and will be contacting other departments. mold under sink

Disliked: No closet space and bathroom extremely small

Liked: I like The view, I like the staff! I also liked the convenience the location.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I was paying for the view and not for the accommodations of the hotel, no continental breakfast¬ such a clean facility overall in my opinion!! The pictures on the website are accurate but the touch ups of the photos are borderline misleading.

Horrible hotel and I cannot...

Liked: The only positive was the view off the balcony. Only thing.
Disliked: It was unclean from the moment I entered, the front door was smudged and not clean. It certainly lacked deferredmaintenance. The staff was not friendly or customer oriented. The last day, the young gentleman was friendlywhen I was leaving and did allow me to leave my suitcase in back of the front desk until my departure. I had askeda young girl the day before and she was hesitant. The elevator was in deplorable condition with the floor beingunstable. The hallways were so hot I was afraid that there might be a fire. The room from the time I walked in smelled so bad. I had mentioned to the cleaning lady and she tried to find some type of spray. but it only lasted for a fewminutes. It smelled like wet dog and feet the whole time I was there. I was afraid to touch anything. The coffeepot in the room had greasy coffee so I only used it the first day, something red was caked on the bottom of theplastic filter. There were bugs (don't know what kind on the floor) I have pictures. The couch was lumpy anduncomfortable. The cleaning lady said she had told them many times to replace it. The third night I was there the toilet was running and I did not realize until I got up to go to the bathroom. There was water all over the floor andgoing under the bed. I used the few towels I had to clean some of it but had to go downstairs to tell the night person.I did not realize there was a phone in the hallway to call main desk. No one had told me that. The guy was hesitant to come upstairs so I told him to give me towels to clean up. He finally conceited to coming upstairs. He stopped it leaking and then mopped up the excess with the bedspread and blanket which I refused to use because I did not know howclean it was. He just left it in the closet until he told me when I woke up to call them to come pick it up. It had an awful odor which made me not sleep well. So many other issues but this will not let me type more. Grandson came to visit and
