Awful

Disliked: I booked a few months in advance. A drive up room with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa bed was confirmed in my booking. Once I arrived at hotel. I was put on the third floor. Not drive up room. My room only had one bed and one sofa bed. I was missing a bed. My older son had no bed. Therefore he had to pay to stay elsewhere. I told staff about my confirmed booking. Showed proof on my phone. He then proceeded to give poor excuses. Was not happy with this experience.

The stay was pleasurable.

Liked: I liked that the resturant was attached to the motel. The food was very good and the staff were excellent.
Disliked: I woke up with a sore back every morning.
