Liked: We were travelling and for us a 24 hours front desk was important, because we arrived at about 2 am.The nice lady helped us with the check-in, and we get access to clean beds and shower immediately.

Liked: Room had been recently renovated. We were given a free upgrade to a suite. The AC worked. Location was close to a public swim area which was excellent.
Disliked: Bathroom had serious water damage in walls and although some repairs have been obviously made, the water damage had not been addressed. The sink faucet was leaking badly and we used a towel to make sure it didn't spill onto floor. The carpet throughout our suite was damp and smelled weird, and even with AC on all night they were still damp next day. The doors to the bedroom were decorative French doors that didn't close properly. There was a desk area with a lamp but no outlets, so I had to use my laptop in an awkward chair on a different corner near the door. All in all, many little things added up to be a disappointing stay overall.
