Liked: its kinda close to the cycling trail,which i used.
Disliked: no breakfast,for that $ amount it should be included.

Very good

Liked: Very nice staff. Room was comfortable.
Disliked: I would have liked to sleep in, but there were no curtains to keep the sunlight out in the morning.

Lovely stay we were visiting...

Liked: Very comfortable beds. Lovely helpful staff. Had breakfast 2 mornings in the restaurant. Food and service was good.
Disliked: A bit tired in places especially the corridors.

Excellent staff, amenities need improvement

Liked: The staff was exceptionally responsive, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable and rooms outdated. Our room phone wasn't working, and while the staff attempted to repair it and kindly offered to have us move to a new room, we felt it would be too much of a disruption travelling with four people. The pool area could have been cleaner (ie: dirty tables and chairs), albeit it was very busy which may have made it difficult for staff to keep up. Strangely, around 7pm, two fully clothed adults in street clothes met up with three men (who appeared to be using the pool area) in the sauna prompting one guest to leave the sauna. We had to leave about 10 minutes later, and the group was still in the sauna.
