Clean, Modern, and Well-Located Hotel...

Liked: The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and shopping options. The room was fantastic, modern, recently renovated, and equipped with everything you need. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
Disliked: There is no on-site restaurant; however, there are plenty of dining options just across the street, along with supermarkets where you can purchase groceries. Additionally, the room has a refrigerator and microwave.

Liked: Toilet did not work and heating cooling did not work. Staff was not helpful resolving. I am a senior with a disability. I was moving and had my car packed. It there got my room unpacked the car and was there for about 2 hours before I needed heat. Unit was not working . I called the front desk and he told me to come get another key. I explained it hard to repack and unpack again. He did not come to the unit to check the unit or offer a cart or anything. I was exhausted from moving and driving over 10 hours. I stayed in the room. Had to use toilet in the middle of night. Got up and toilet did not flush properly. I was not concerned I thought I was only partially flushing and went back to bed. In the morning I used the toilet again. Did not flush at all. I wrote them on the link they sent and left. Disappointing. You need a toilet and warmth in a room. Staff supplied minimal courtesy and no concern

Liked: It’s really clean and quiet place to stay in Santa Rosa. It’s easy to park. There are several restaurants nearby.
