Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. We weren't aware of a breakfast.
Disliked: the neighborhood is not inviting.

Superb

Liked: Staff was friendly. The hotel was intimate, comfortable, and clean. Even the other guests were friendly, probably because they were having a positive experience also.
Disliked: Booking.com hiked up the price to about 25% more expensive than if I had just booked the hotel myself. Because I ended up needing a second room, they "honored" the same rate, which ended up overcharging me a total of about $100 for both rooms.

Liked: Super comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. All very clean. Kind and friendly late night check in :)

A clean, comfortable place in...

Liked: The hotel room was arranged well and the bed was comfortable. Though there were two of us, there was only one occasional chair and a desk chair, but no table. That made eating in the hotel room less than ideal, but we made it work. I liked the calm surroundings and the updated remodeling.
Disliked: The hotel entry onto the street is at a very busy intersection. I ended up heading away from my destination and doing a u-turn just to get onto the street safely.
