Due to an overbooking per...
Liked: Due to an overbooking per Booking.com, the franchisee went well, well, well above and beyond to ensure that I had a place to stay that night. It was by far the kindest thing that has ever happened to me. 98% of places would tell you to move on. This was not the case here, and I cannot thank the individual enough for what she did. This place is an absolute gem, and I am so very thankful after a long day of traveling.

Would stay next door at...
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable the pillows were hard and were body pillows not sleeping pillows. Room was set back from the room in front one room number but one room was A the other B no window or view. Bathroom very small no place to put your toiletries. Floor was uneven. Sound of the freeway that was out front very loud all night long I 5 freeway.

Liked: Very friendly staff, the room was clean, bed was comfortable. Overall it was a good experience.
Disliked: Our room was a bit outdated. Hotel is located near the highway and the room we got was a bit noisy.
