Disappointing
Disliked: Sink faucets were installed backwards so you cant turn them on all the way bc it hits the wall TV connection was freezing a lot but that may have been due to the weather Ice machine was consistently empty because people were emptying it to fill coolersDoor had a large gap so you can hear everything in the hallway Front desk double charged us for the room upon check in but he did resolve it fairly quickly after we went down there to address it.

Bad
Disliked: No idea where to park and couldn’t hear the lady tell me where. Took the mini fridge out of the room so I had warm drinks and they didn’t say anything about it.

We enjoyed our stay and...
Liked: We enjoyed our stay. The staff was professional, polite and courteous. The rooms were spacious and clean. The limited breakfast was just enough to start us out in the morning. They offered cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, milk ,and coffee. They also had a very good Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich we heated up.We were traveling with a dog, so we needed pet friendly.
Disliked: Shower could have had warmer water, but it was fine.

Very disappointed
Liked: Did not eat breakfast, staff was very nice, the soap was nice
Disliked: The TV did not work, the room smelled like mold, I did not stay the second night, was charged for room second night even though I cancelled right away. Sheets had burn hole even though is non smoking.
