Poor

Liked: I like the pool and the staff is really friendly
Disliked: I don’t like the property my room is was dirty and the bathroom small bad and dirty ,the bed was clean but the looks like dirty

This location was a nightmare...

Disliked: Nightmarish uncleanliness. The room smelled overpoweringly of body odor. There was a strong smell of human urine outside the door. The bed skirt had a dirt skid mark on it. Dingy, dirty. Uninhabitable.

Passable

Liked: Friendly staff, kids loved the pool. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Rooms could be cleaner.

Liked: Very clean and bed linen was superb. Morning breakfast as great. Protein is included.
Disliked: I miss the coffee pot in the room.

I didn't stay!!

Liked: Nothing; I was greeted by a woman who was obviously upset by the shortage of help she had and within her rant was telling me how the owner was "out of town" so I can only imagine when the boss is away the mice will play. I arrived at the property just a little before check-in (3 pm) and the front desk was in a shift change apparently. The prior front desk clerk said my room wasn't ready; they were short handed and that I could have a seat in the lobby area and wait. So, I did. Patiently waiting while diving into some other work that wasn't completed on the road. Next, I was alarmed by a lady standing over the back of my chair screaming "Hello", HELLO!! at me while I was on my ear phones on a phone call. When I realized she was "SCREAMING" at me I took my headset off and replied "Excuse me?" And she started screaming at me, "What are you doing in here?" Totally alarmed and feeling threatened at this point I jump up and start defending myself against this monster who has shaken me from a chair. Then she antagonizes me and points at a camera behind the counter and then I realize the chair I was sitting in was "hidden" from that camera. No guest should be approached this way I don't care if she thought I was a homeless bag lady in the lobby for retreat; no way should anyone be threatened in this manner. I have filed a police report and want to pursue the firing of the very large woman with indian feathered tatoos on her arms and tatoos across her fingers. Stay away from this establishment. Dirty, nasty, the woman was cussing at me!! Oh no!!!

Liked: Room was too dirty to walk in. There was garbage under the bed. Kitchen let in our room was so dirty and smelly that you won't dare to use any of it. Refrigerator stinks microwave stink, kitchen counter sticky and stink. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good and breakfast room and front desk were clean. Parking was good too.
Disliked: Lack of cleanliness was biggest turn off. Nothing looked clean apart from bed and bathroom. But if you touch the side table or any other surface anywhere in the room then you will know that it is not clean at all.
