Liked: I had a place to sleep
Disliked: Disgusting, Disgusting, Disgusting!!!!!!! The staff at front desk. Snotty and bullying. With a strong accent that made it hard to understand and an attitude that didnt help. The rooms were filthy to the point we had to clean, mop and sanitized before we could go to bed since they refused to do it.We had a 2 yr old child and we were worried about him touching anything. Disgusting but we had no choice and traveling. Disgusting, Disgusting, Disgusting!!!!

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk (Owner I believe) was very friendly & patient, as we waited for my reservation to show up from Booking.com, due to a different motel screwing things up.
Disliked: Room needs a complete overhaul. Bare wires, water got under the tub liner & filled up with water, I fell in tub (was in town for back surgery). Took lots of photos if needed.

Liked: I liked the facility in the beginning when I was told they would not charge for the two service dogs that were with me. I am a traveling nurse and I was in Rapid City for work.
Disliked: After I was already there for two days, they charged my credit card for a pet fee. More than what the pet fee would’ve been, if I was to actually have agreed to pay for their fee in the first place. There is zero maid service, which is fine except for there is also zero hot water. I literally had my hand under the water for 15 minutes waiting for it to get hot and it only got Luke warm. So forget about trying to take a bath.

Won’t stay there again!

Liked: Convenient to our family’s residence.
Disliked: The room was clean but there was a big metal futon next to the bed that we had to move to access one side of the bed. There were no lamps on the night stands next to the bed. There were no electrical outlets near the bed, no place to plug in a CPAP. There was one lamp on a table next to the fridge & microwave, the only light in the room and only one usable electrical outlet in the whole room, it was on that lamp. There was no extra toilet tissue in the bathroom. No Kleenex. There was no phone in the room, luckily we had our cell phones. There was a TV but no remote for it that we could find. Bathroom was clean except the toilet had ugly black stains and it was so low to the floor I almost could not get up from it (I’m 86).

Liked: Good location and price. Room was very clean and neat but no sitting chair
Disliked: Needs new coffee pots in room, the room had just been painted recently so the fresh paint smell was very strong, and they need anti slip strips or something of that order in the tub. Husband fell once (not hurt thankfully) and slipped 2 more times in the shower.

Liked: The motel took $100 deposit from our checking account, and said it was put back but when we went to the bank today 10Feb24 they money was never put back instead there was a $100 purchase from Travelodge

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Room was filthy. Homeless people squat there and hotel employee was aware. Parking lot had a crowd of people partying and using drugs. Climbing on our truck and tried to break in (witnessed by my husband) Went to desk and reported it. They didn't care.
