Liked: CHeck in was fast and easy with option for pre-check in and able to reserve room for another person was perfect.
Disliked: Address is lame and hard to find as the location is on Eagle Ridge Blvd not North Freeway

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: This hotel is not in the best shape. For example, the bathroom door was not plumb with the frame, and you had to pull really hard to get it to open or close. And the room has a bad small - we ended up buying an air freshener to overcome the bad smell.

Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t much and was nosey with people who lived in motel. TV service was awful, and WiFi was just as bad never a good signal and very slow. Bed was horrible!!!!!

Liked: Location was fine. Breakfast was typical.
Disliked: Furniture in room was beatup/worn. Cloth armchair was so filthy we couldn't use it. The room in general was nasty. I would never stay here again. I didn't expect luxury accommodations but I did expect cleanliness. Requested a clean sheet to cover chair and a few hangers as there were only 3....received neither.
