The Ozzy concert was excellent. The travellodge we stayed at was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. It was dirty, the coffee pot was broken, no hot water, carpet was stained, room smelled very gross and musty. We will never stay at another travel lodge again.

Terrible experience.
Liked: There was nothing to like. The property was closed and being demolished. I had to find other accommodations.
Disliked: I did not appreciate having to find other accommodations in an unfamiliar area. The property was closed and being demolished. It was a terrible experience.

Terrible..
Liked: I didn’t like much. The hotel had a bunch of rooms that had mold growing on the walk and they moved us rooms after we got all settled in the the first room they put us in
Disliked: I didn’t like how the staff was very rude and profiled people like who they liked and didn’t like.

I was pissed. Frustration can’t...
Liked: Nothing I like about this place.
Disliked: I fully paid my stay in advance. This place canceled my stay on the day of my arrival with no reason. Staff are very cold. Only saying “we are overbooked. We don’t have a room.”

Not a great place
Disliked: They said they were overbooked by 30. I was one of the earliest to check in and they cancelled my reservation. Others who had rooms there said they were catfished by the pics online so I was happy to not stay there in the end.

A None Stay due to...
Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: I sent this to customer service the night we arrivedWe have arrived at this hotel earlier this evening to be greeted in reception with a smell of cannabis and a receptionist who could not initially find rooms for us. When she did we were given keys to rooms 118 & 313. When we accessed these rooms the state of them was absolutely disgusting with damage, paint missing, rusted bath ware, filthy carpets etc. I photographed these for the record and within 30 mins we decided to leave the hotel immediately and demand a refund through yourselves. To be honest we felt completely unsafe and in fear of the other residents etc the room next to 313 was conducting a full blown shouting match. We have found ourselves another hotel for the night and demand a full refund of the amount charged for the two rooms to my credit card please. To compare the actual with the photographs shown on your website is to be honest an absolute joke. I will send the photographs I took when you respond to this complaint. Regards, John Mee
