Really disappointed that they take...
Liked: The room was decent clean.
Disliked: I was scared, the neighboring room occupants were fighting all night. When I spoke to person on duty, asking to move rooms because I was scared, I was told there was nothing available (understanding of this) I asked for a partial refund because there were no other rooms. He offered to “go talk to” the occupants. If someone is scared, due to the severity of the fight going on, do you think talking to the people is going to make someone feel better about the situation!? Then when I spoke to manager through messages, she actually said that I did not even try to allow the person on duty to try and fix the issue. Sorry but my safety is more important than your employee having a conversation with unruly guests causing a disturbance!

Overall good experience.
Liked: It was about what I expected it to be. Accessible, comfortable, and close to everything I needed access to. The room was ready at the time it was supposed to be and the staff was friendly enough to make it a place where I would return to.
Disliked: I didn't have an issue. My expectations were for something reasonably affordable with decent quality. I got what I wanted. If I had a complaint; it'd the the small sliver of soap.
