Liked: Pool was open the first night and kids had fun. The second night, after touring Ottawa all day, we were looking forward to using the pool but it was closed. I was told to email management to express my concerns and management never got back to me.
Disliked: As above, unable to use pool on our second night. No response from hotel manager

Liked: Found out they had laundry facilities on site, which was a nice bonus.Kids enjoyed the pool. Close to airport and reasonably priced.
Disliked: Bigger fridge would have been better

Very poor

Liked: I did not enjoy any of the stay at all
Disliked: The room was very sketchy, unclean, unsafe and gross. The towels were all dirty, the walls were dirty and I was afraid to sleep on the bed or use the shower.
