Would certainly stay here again.

Liked: Beautiful rooms. Loved the laminate flooring - made the room feel very clean.
Disliked: Breakfast space could be a little larger.

Liked: We loved the decor and of course the tub! The bed was actually weirdly super comfy too. We spent two days there and are going back again this week. The most perfect affordable staycation ever!
Disliked: The only thing I'd like to improve our stay is a mini fridge/microwave. On a romantic getaway, we'd like some amenities for our food and drink.

Disliked: This was not what I expected as got there for my dad's funeral and after it was done invited my grandkids but and others and found out the pool was closed .I tied to get this iusse resolved but of course nothing .Was told I could go to another hotel tired but all booked because of major snow storm in northern Ontario. Not happy at all sent an email and chatted on phone with no resolve so had disappointed grand papa and family on a very down funeral day .If no resolve any where I well have to flood my many different sites and business partners and take action .I am in the trucking industry and very connected in the automotive industry and unifor union and others .They didn't in anyway say the pool was closed .At the time I booked I could have booked somewhere else and that's false advertisement. All asked for maybe one night free as a business owner if I don't deliver I have to compensate. I know they are big business and not a good one but you also with all the back reviews be keeping them as a client. You just as responsible. I know this is long winded and probably going get nothing but sorry I had to vent .Have a great day .

Disliked: Staff were very rude, room wasn’t what we had booked, smelled like smoke, was a very underwhelming experience.
