Disliked: Far from what appears on pictures.

Poor

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Very worn, lists of undesirables hanging around. Fights outside at night with constant cars pulling up and tooting all night Door frame had gaps all around it

Nasty place

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything, the place was run down and our shower had cracks on the bottom, the towel rack was falling off they had roaches running around behind the toilet and on the side. The flooring in the room was all messed up. The entire place was GROSS it needs to be demolished.

Very unsecure place

Disliked: Careless Staff at reception. Poor Breakfast. I felt unsecure...

Just sleep, and leave for...

Liked: The staff was great, Cam in the front office was great and the housekeepers made my stay so much better, they were kind and very attentive, property needs some work and the a/c units need to be cleaned but other then that location is great for the surrounding attractions
Disliked: The loud people, the night front desk person is rude, and I can see thru the space in my door and the floors definitely need to be redone

Disliked: The appearance was very scary. It looks like that hotel was abandoned. I would like to submit pictures. Your company should be more proactive about what hotels you should have advertised on your website. There was no breakfast as advertised. Unable to take a picture of the small reception front desk behind a bullet-proof glass. The room was exactly as advertised on the website. The pool was not well maintained, scared to use the pool.

Liked: Location was the only thing i liked about this facility.
Disliked: The hotel look abandoned with broken and boarded up windows. The front of hotel is gated off iam guessing for renovations. The clerk on duty was away from office for about 30minutes. She apologized for the wait. She admitted having upset stomach which was why the office door was locked. The room given had a broken door key scanner so I was given another room which had a wet misty atmosphere. Bathroom stayed wet the whole time. By the 2nd day, there was a centipede on the wall.
