Liked: I was thoroughly impressed by the accommodations and the exceptional staff. The room was exceptionally spacious and offered a breathtaking view.

Liked: It is 10 minutes walk from clifton hill
Disliked: The room was booked because of the Jacuzzi tub, the jets did not work, the drain leaked and the water temperature was less than desirable.We woke up in the morning to the room wreaking of cigarettes even though everyone has to sign a no smoking waiver. House keeping was knocking on the door at 9:30 am when check out was 11 am. The entire place has this hideous carpeting and the soundproofing in the rooms is less than desirable.Promotes fallsview but you cannot see the falls from even outside the hotel.

Liked: It was in walking distance to falls
Disliked: The photos when I booked indicated a heart tub, which is the only reason I booked here versus a hotel closer to the falls with a better view. We were given a room with a big brown tub and told that a heart tub was unavailable due to them being out of order or in the middle of renovation on those rooms, so clearly the listing is outdated and misleading. It was very disappointing and not much could be done due to it being 9:30pm to go somewhere else. The facilities were dated and needed repair/updating. Missing tiles patched in shower, dated furniture, room was barely cool with ac all the way up, etc…I was given a room credit of $30 and free parking to offset not having the room requested and the staff was kind given the circumstances, but I would not have stayed here otherwise.

Good value needs love

Liked: Good location and view. Good value for price. The pool and hot tub were nice. Room and inside of hotel were very clean and staff were nice. The maid was around in the hall each day to swap or give what we needed with a smile. I would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Dated as expected for the price. Reno’s are getting done. Decor is grandma 90s style. Needs TLC and some simple things could spruce it up. Fix the fitness centre .. open the sun deck with tables and chairs. Put flowers in the planters out front and clean the thousand cigarette butts out of them and have a few tables with umbrellas. Such a waste of beautiful spaces and feels lazy.
