Disliked: That the pictures on the website and the place didn't match up working on the place our room was clean but half the lights went out in the room called from desk to tell them they never came check it we had no bathroom light if it wasn't paid or it didn't hit my credit card I should have never stayed there very disappointed!!!

Liked: They cancelled our reservation when we got there so we had to rent a different hotel for The night.
Disliked: The worker was rude an cancelled our reservation for the night.

Disliked: After driving for 6 hours I arrived at travel lodge only to be told that their card machine was broken and I had to pay for the whole entire reservation with cash to get a room for the night . They informed me that my card had been charged for one night to reserve the room but they couldn’t give me the room unless I paid for all 5 days in advance with cash . I called my credit card company and sure enough I had paid for one night . After refusing to give me a room I was left sleeping in my vehicle so I could rest comfortably to work for 12 hrs the next day . Needless to say I have filed a dispute with the credit card company since I received no service whatsoever and was charged one nights rent . Not a very nice thing to do travelLodge!
