Mathieu, Orleans, visiting MTelus Montreal

Very small room with two 'twin beds', no fridge. It was NOT reflective of what I paid for (120 dollars for 1 night). Underground parking was available for 25 dollars. Customer service was good/prompt. Overall acceptable but I'm NEVER going back there again.

Liked: The customer service was good. Great location near Metropolis, Club Soda and other great clubs and bars.
Disliked: Very small room with 2 bed twin beds (very small). No cold water coming from the bathroom sink faucet (just hot water). No refrigerator.

A satisfying experience overall.

Liked: the location is very convenient; the room is very clean and comfortable; the front desk staff is very helpful.
Disliked: The dirtiest lobby area I have ever seen... The hotel management needs to get out of their offices and see how disgusting the lobby is! The breakfast needs to be improved by adding cheese and omelet. The two breakfast ladies need to start working (e.g., cleaning the tables and replacing empty stuff with full ones) instead of only chatting at the entrance.

Liked: The breakfast choices were good. The location of the hotel is near to the metro station and close to the old town
Disliked: The size of the rooms, you can barely move around

Very good

Liked: Hotel is located near downtown and old Montreal, close to Chinatown where you can eat delicius and cheap. If your room is not ready or you've got late evening flight they can store your luggage.
Disliked: Air condition isn't smell good...

Liked: Room was a little bit small but so clean . Location is so good in the middle of downtown
Disliked: Breakfast was good but the bad thing was that they asked us to leave before 10:30 which was'nt nice

Ok for short stay

Liked: Position is good, not too far from old Montreal and place des arts too.
Disliked: Breakfast needs to be improved, room cleaning too and lastly parking is too expensive.

Liked: Room were reasonable size, location was more commercial so have to travel to get to restaurants etc.
