Very small room with two 'twin beds', no fridge. It was NOT reflective of what I paid for (120 dollars for 1 night). Underground parking was available for 25 dollars. Customer service was good/prompt. Overall acceptable but I'm NEVER going back there again.

Liked: The customer service was good. Great location near Metropolis, Club Soda and other great clubs and bars.
Disliked: Very small room with 2 bed twin beds (very small). No cold water coming from the bathroom sink faucet (just hot water). No refrigerator.

An okay stay in Downtown...

Liked: I thoroughly enjoy how walkable everything was from the hotel. We were able to get everywhere by walking as it felt like all the good stuff was a 20 minute walk or under. There was an IGA (grocery) right across the street and lots of restaurants. You're located right in Chinatown and recommend checking out some of the restaurants that are right around the corner. The room was setup efficiently and had everything we needed. The a/c blew cold, shower worked well, bed was comfy and TV had some local channels. I didn't hear any other guests while we were there. The staff was friendly and helpful!
Disliked: I found the breakfast to be a bit of a disappointment - the only form of protein was boiled eggs (no scrambled, bacon, sausage, etc). I do book hotels based on if they have breakfast, because who wants to walk around looking for a place to eat when they just wake up, so this was probably the biggest let down. The room did feature a nespresso, which is great - however I am a tea girlie and there wasn't anything of the such. When we were leaving the room to check out, we were checking around to make sure we had everything - and I did find an empty beer can under the bed which was not ours. I would have mentioned something to the staff if I found this earlier and given a chance to rectify, but we were checking out at 5am to fly out. So just double check all areas of the room before settling in.

Disliked: Bed bugs. I got a new room a bit longer down the hall in the same floor. In the new room there was a joint under the bed so not very clean. The employees took it seriously, but it’s hard to give more stars.

Liked: Great location, lots of parking nearby even though hotels lot was full for the night, not too busy, very clean and reasonably comfortable
Disliked: Walls are a bit thin so if you have noisy hallway roamers it can be a bit annoying, but no real complaints
