Good refrigerator, terrible bathroom, nice...

Liked: I actually liked the refrigerator, the microwave was okay, and I would like to say that the gentleman working overnight as well as the woman working in the morning for both very kind and caring towards me and I really really want to say I appreciate both of those too, they tried to help me and accommodate me. I'm extremely grateful!
Disliked: The snack machine took money but did not give snacks. My toilet leaked all over the place causing me to put towels on the floor everywhere in the bathroom respectively... The carpet was not clean really... And though the bed sheets seem to clean in my opinion, it still felt like that didn't dry all the way out of the dryer or something, which is strange because I checked in in the middle of the night so maybe it was just when I cooled off the room, I don't know, it was weird. I also don't like that management refuses to actually listen to staff trying to care for the motel as they are trying to do their job, please do better and listen to your employees management, take care of your crew and your crew will take care of you I've learned as a former manager myself. You'd be amazed how much it can be accomplished by taking care of your team, and remember, one last thing, a respect for your environment is respect for yourself so please take more pride in your motel and make it better.

Didn't get any sleep and was staying one night because we were in town for my mom's wake .wouldn't recommend for a family

Disliked: The staff in the office were rude, the property was messy, the room was disgusting.

Very utilitarian, bed not comfortable

Disliked: The bed was like a marshmellow, super squishy foam mattress, no support.

Unclean, unsafe, and nothing like...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Despite booking a smoke-free room, we were given the only room available, and it was filthy. The entire room smelled awful, the bedsheets were dirty and had cigarette burn holes. We didn’t feel safe at all; the overall environment and the people staying there made us extremely uncomfortable. We checked out immediately and booked another hotel. Absolutely would not recommend this place.
