Disliked: Hair dryer did not work and AC unit was very noisy

Liked: Room facilities are clean except the carpet
Disliked: Carpet is old and it looks muddy. No room clean during the stay as expected.

Good value for money

Liked: Quiet even though it’s near the freeway. You can hear the cars but barely, which is impressive given the noise when you step out the door. Confortable and clean enough. And friendly staff.
Disliked: The location is not ideal as there is nothing here but the freeway. You got to take it to go anywhere. It’s just a place to sleep.

Liked: location is very convenient to downtown San Francisco and surrounding attractions. The room is clean with all essential amenities. Bed is comfortable. My family was able to get good rest after long driving.
Disliked: I arrived at 10pm on Monday night after a long drive. The front desk greeted me with no expression on her face. It feels that I wasn't welcomed to stay at this hotel.
