Not happy at all.

Liked: I was rudely awakened at 8 in the morning by a member of the staff banging on my door. They stated they ran my card and that it was declined and i needed to come downstairs and fix it sooner rather then later. By the time I got down there she had already ran it again and it went through with no issues. Considering check out was not until 10 am I see absolutely no reason why she felt the need to come upstairs and wake me up the way she did. It felt like I was essentially being accused of stealing from them or something.
Disliked: See above.

Disliked: Pulled up to check in and the staff was all outside smoking. Told us to come back. When we came back, they were mad that they weren't done and had we given them more time, they would've "been all done." After getting checked in and mentioning the pool for my kids, she said "oh well it's closed." There was water in the pool and hot tub but they had it closed. I told them that was really something they should disclose on the site! She told me I could "go next door and pay to swim." The AC in the room wasn't working so the girl went up to fix it and her idea of fixing it was to kick the unit. We ended up having to pack up and move rooms. The next morning, we walked down to eat breakfast and the worker was standing up from eating and told us that she was closing down and there is nothing left to eat. Ended up going to a restaurant to feed our kids. The shower did not have hot water, the shower head came off on my husband while he was showering, the bathroom door didnt close, lights were burnt out, dust on the tables and on lights by bed, smelled like weed in the halls. Overall very terrible. Would never spend another penny to stay there!!!
