Travelodge by Wyndham Memphis

Nice people; clean hotel. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. Woke up with back pain.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

I would stay there again.

Liked: Everyone of the staff was very nice and very helpful. The room was nice and housekeeping was in every day to clean. I enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: Went to second floor to get ice and guests on that floor were a little out of hand.

Liked: 1st shift front desk lady that does check ins was very sweet & helpful
Disliked: I didn’t like that I couldn’t have any guests , I stayed here for 3 days and only had 1 guest come by which was a friend of mine . The 2nd shift front desk lady was rude about it & said “was that YOU who let somebody in here? DONT do that again . WE don’t know if you’re working!” whatever that means!? I took it as she thought I was a prostitute because I’m pretty lmao ? but not to mention she said this in front of another customer! very embarrassing, disrespectful & unprofessional. Gave very much hater vibes. I felt uncomfortable & unwelcomed after that, I checked out the next day & wont be coming back . :)

Disliked: Really I found insects in my bathroom, cockroachs. My door didn’t close so the whole night I was scared to sleep in your hotel.

Bad TV. Non flushing toilet

Liked: It was quite
Disliked: It took maintenance 4 hrs to come fix the TV. He would say he was going to get something, then take an hrs to do so. It was also extremely small. No good channels at all. Less than 20 channels. The toilet never got fixed so we could flush it.

Exceptional

Liked: The comfort and security of the room and motel.
Disliked: That you have to go online and book after a 2 day stay to get another night for the same price.
