Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: •denied access to a room I already paid for..•I was told I needed an additional credit card, which was surprising—my two regular cards have worked fine everywhere else, including at this same location in the past. •The staff member didn’t care and simply dismissed even trying to talk about anything in person; with a “just call them.” •I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
