Just needed some sleep

We didn’t even stay because...

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Everything was absolutely gross and unacceptable. The place was dirty and not properly cared for, it smelled gross and the window was wide open when we got there probably to air out the smell, half of the door to close off the bathtub was literally broke off and missing, stains everywhere and just felt uncomfortable being there. This place was not properly portrayed in the pictures when we booked. Not to mention we were not informed of company change in which the ratings went way down because we would have NEVER booked a 1 star hotel. We left and they refused to refund. Don’t go here!

For the price it was...

Liked: We only went to breakfast once. It was okay.
Disliked: A taller toilet and handicap bar in the shower.

The location and the parking...

Liked: The young man checking us in was very patient and very kind and helpful to my kids and I! The room was filthy with literal dried coffee on the table and a coffee maker that didn't work right and no coffee for it and mold all over walls randomly including what I think was dried blood in a couple of weird spots but at least the sheets on the beds seemed clean and we had towels and toilet paper. The parking was extremely convenient and the special breakfast nook was wonderful! Every employee that we came across were very respectful and nice to us! If the rooms were just a little bit cleaner it would have been amazing!
Disliked: The room really needed to be cleaned badly and definitely coffee in the room for the coffee maker and a working coffee maker that was clean.
