Had a great stay over...

Liked: Location location was close to the event we where working at
Disliked: The bed I slept on had my back killing me and some of my sheets had a stain in to

Stay away! Not a good...

Liked: They did refund my money when I decided I couldn't stay there because of the condition of the rooms.
Disliked: Clerk was very unprofessional. Talking on her phone, personal call, while trying to check us in. The first room smelled so bad I refused it. Moved to a second room that was not any better. Homeless people walking around the area. No breakfast. Ask for a refund. Was refused to begin with. Raised enough trouble that the clerk called the manager who agreed to give me a refund. Moved to another hotel.

A step above camping

Liked: Meh. Location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: No breakfast as advertised. No coffee maker. No fridge. No microwave.

Bad

Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!
Disliked: The facility states smoke-free, but it reeked of cigarette smoke and some kind of chemicals, roach spray seems likely, that stench made me cough. The smoke detector for my room was not working because it was in the dresser drawer. The bathtub had debris, and I didn't feel safe to take a bath. The price for that room was way overpriced. I should be refunded for the disgusting state of the room.

It was my daughters college...

Liked: The property was next to a Quality Inn and an Arby’s.
Disliked: Took an hour 30 mins to check in to a room that had 1 towel, a bed with only a fitted sheet that was stained filled of cigarette burns and something else. The bathroom had 1 towel and there was zero room service despite asking for it twice.

Disliked: Towels available, continental breakfast wasn't available, room paint needs maintenance furniture is getting rough.
