Disliked: The person took half of my deposit for the cigarettes butts that were in the window and they were not mine. The person was very rude.

Liked: I like the swimming pool and I recommend anybody that wants to stay here I recommend them too they have clean rooms and they the staff is nice in the front desk people are nice too

Our stay was stressful and...

Liked: Front desk staff was very unwelcoming and rude upon arrival and then wouldn’t let us finish a complete sentence before interrupting and telling us off because of a misunderstanding we had about the fees here at the hotel. THEN!!!!!! After we returned and go checked in, HER GAVE US SOMEONE ELSES ROOM!!!!! This man was trying to get into what we thought was, “our room”, and turned out that it was already assigned to another guest!!! The man tried to push his way into our door when we opened it to let him know he had the wrong room. But, rightfully so, he had his personal belongings in there already!! That situation could’ve ended badly as my boyfriend instantly went into defend mode when another man tried pushing his way into our room. We all 3 went down together and got the rooms figured out. But we had to ask the other gentleman to kindly let us grab OUR belongings out of his room. I went down a little while later, and he was asleep on the desk out front as guests were approaching the lobby to check in. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The room was nice to the eye upon walking in. However, the tissues weree basically gone (one left), and need that unfolded from thee couch was dirty from a previous guest. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!Signed,Disgusted customer!!
