Disliked: The staff was not attentive and didn’t have great customer service skills. The room didn’t seem clean and I bought disinfectant to disinfect the room. There was a terrible smell that was in the hallway and was also in the room. I received an email from the hotel saying that I had a pet and was making noise. I will never come back.

Disliked: I have never seen bad place like this hotel in my entire life. Dirty everywhere, it said smoke free but the building, front counter smells like marijuana insides and outside. I can’t understand how booking.com can list place like this. It’s not safe place to stay for anyone. I asked front desk if I can get waivers to cancel my booking due to the hotel conditions and front staff told me to call customer service of booking.com and gave me the telephone number. Booking.com customer service said they tried to contact the hotel manager but they couldn’t at the time so they will let me know if my cancellation is waived. I hope this information helps others who looking at this hotel.

Disliked: It reminded me of a homeless shelter.. noisy crack heads, cops in parking lot, room was dirty, dark, cold..bed sheets were gross and there was blood on the ceiling and walls .. front desk person had zero personality .. bed bug spray at front counter … will never stay here again
