The Spotlight on Travelodge by Wyndham Livingston Yellowstone

Comfort and Convenience Near the Music and Mountains

Modern, budget-friendly, and perfectly located just off I-90, Travelodge by Wyndham Livingston Yellowstone is a laid-back stay that balances access to Montana’s outdoor adventures with the local music scene. Just a short drive from Bozeman and minutes from downtown Livingston, this hotel makes a great home base for concert-goers looking to explore and unwind.

Rooms come with free WiFi, cable TV, coffee makers, and comfy pillow-top mattresses. Some even include spa baths for that extra post-show indulgence. With a cozy vibe and a range of practical amenities, you’ll feel right at home between gigs or road trips into Yellowstone.

Why Concert-goers love it

Live music fans appreciate the easy highway access and quiet surroundings—ideal for recovering after a late night. Whether you're seeing a show in Bozeman or checking out a local venue in Livingston, you’ll love the on-site dining, late-night bites, and relaxing indoor heated pool. Flexible check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM also give you time to rest after the encore.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Groups of friends road-tripping to a show or festival
  • Solo travelers catching a dream concert stop
  • Couples mixing romance with music and mountain views
  • Fans who want a peaceful night after the crowd
  • Budget-conscious travelers seeking value and comfort

Food and Drink Options

With two on-site restaurants—Los Pinos Mexican and Big Sky Thai—you won't have to go far for great food after the show. There's also a cocktail lounge and a convenience market for late-night snacks. While there's no 24/7 room service, options nearby and a solid breakfast make up for it.

Nightlife Options

While the hotel has a casual cocktail lounge and small casino on-site, those looking for more live music or bars will find them nearby in downtown Livingston or Bozeman. It’s a quieter stay, but with just enough nightlife to wind down.

What People Say

Travelers love the friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, and the easy access to both Yellowstone and local venues. Reviews often mention the convenience of the on-site restaurants and the value for money, especially for those passing through or catching a concert.

Areas for Improvement

The hotel is a bit dated in spots, and some guests mention thin walls, so bring earplugs if you're sensitive to sound. Breakfast isn’t fancy, but it’s enough to get you going after a late night.

The Bottom Line

If you're looking for a no-fuss, affordable stay with solid amenities and great location near both the outdoors and the music, Travelodge by Wyndham Livingston Yellowstone hits all the right notes.

Don't expect much and you...

Liked: The wi-fi worked, but even that had its drawbacks. There was no password to gain access, so anyone could log in and steal a guest's info. I use a VPN, but not everyone does.
Disliked: This was a basic room. No frills. It looks like it is 50 years old at least and only the bare minimum care is being taken to maintain it. Only one chair or the beds to sit on. No coffee pot. Really? Are you afraid we're going to steal it? The toilet seat was about to fall into the toilet when I sat on it. Anyone cleaning the place would've noticed that and should've had it fixed. The Kleenex box was empty. There was sand on the floor, so before getting into bed, be sure to wipe off your feet. The bathroom door doesn't clear the toilet bowl unless you force it. And when I had a question, I couldn't find anyone in the front office, nor was there even a bell to ring. I tried calling the phone number for the motel, and no one answered.

Poor

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Decent clean, but old fixtures, faucets. Sink faucet handle spins around, hard to find hot water. Rusty looking gap between bathtub faucet and tub. NO LIGHT above the bathroom sink, could tell where there used to be a light fixture. Ice machine didn't work. Air conditioner worked but not great.
