Helpful staff and a smooth...

Liked: We booked on the same day and arrived late at night, but the staff called us in advance and clearly explained how to check in after the office closed. Everything went smoothly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

A warm welcome and convenient...

Liked: The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though we made our reservation last-minute and checked in very late at night, they welcomed us with kindness and made the process smooth. The room was clean and the location was convenient for exploring the White Mountains.

Was a dive , should...

Disliked: The hotel was run down it smelled nasty !! Was dirty !!, I left I couldn’t stay the night in that dive , the rooms look different then the online website, my kids were scared to be there , I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to stay there , place should be closed down

Great value, close to the...

Liked: Room was quiet and clean. Fantastic value will 100% stay at this hotel again when skiing in NH

I wouldn't stay here again...

Liked: Room was a good size
Disliked: Mirror was cracked. Some trash still left in room. No sheets for pull out sofa bed.
