Liked: The front desk was very helpful and got us ice and a space heater when he checked the room's heater was not working properly.
Disliked: The bed was a little uncomfortable and the lack of heat

Liked: I didn't receive help at the front desk and had to book a different hotel and was still charged
Disliked: The entire experience was horrible, I was not able to check in because of no service. I want my money back

Disliked: There was hardly any soap in the Room. But everything else was great

Liked: Nothing. Wyndom should be ashamed to have this under their umbrella.
Disliked: Unsanitary practices with ice! Rude and breakfast was walmart generic muffins. And housekeeping started knocking at 9am, 2 hours before checkout. And knocked every 30 minutes until we checked out. All while do not disturb sign was hung on the outside of our door. Described as newly renovated sink sprayed everywhere . Toilet would not flush completely and handle was broken. TV turn on and off by it's self and kept loosing signal. They came and wiggled wires. Still had issues after that.
